Yes, there is hardware needed not only for the humps, but also what they call "spin locks" that allow them to mount to the car. I know because I got some OEM humps but without any of this hardware and had to come up with something on my own.

The OEM humps are plastic, not fiberglass, so they should be smooth on the inside. Most, if not all, aftermarket humps are fiberglass and are probably really rough on the inside and will show the fiberglass. The OEM humps will also be marked on the inside with a Porsche part number.
