Actually pretty easy DIY but you will have to remove the master cylinder and brake lines, then bleed the system after (if your fluid is 2+ yrs., you're due anyway).

Aside from the normal wrenches and sockets, you will need a T-45 Torx (suggest a socket so you can properly torque it when through - 17 ft. lbs.).

IIRC, the part runs $250 + brake fluid ($20). PM me with an email and I can send you the procedure as a word doc. Then decide.
