Well now, you have factor in that not everybody is going to have the optional 19" wheels. Even then, you can get the ContiSportContact 3 in those sizes for $1100. But if he has the more common 18" wheels, he'll only be out ~$850 for something like an Eagle F1. So, could also be about $1,000 for tires, depending on wheel diameter.
