Squeaking fresh breaks are more of an annoyance than a danger. The pads are singing (vibrating) under pressure.

2 suggestions:

Add anti-resonance dampeners between the pad and caliper to absorb and cancel the vibration.

Scruff up the surface of the rotors with emery cloth to remove any gloss and allow the pads to bed in.

Anything I missed?
