Yep PL, it is a hot topic on a lot of boards. Saw a Jake Raby posting on another board (maybe Boxsterspec?) that he won't make oil recommendation because of the ensuing fireworks.

I'm going to use an approved oil, but not sure which. Just in case I ever have to try to negotiate an IED engine deal with Porsche.
