I would validate the offsets to make sure prior, but my setup was:

Wheels:
Front 18x8.5 ET 52mm
Rear 18x10 ET 58mm

Spacers: (H&R) HR Spacers

Front 7mm w/52mm extended bolts
Rear 15mm w/60mm extended bolts

Tires:
Front 225/40/18
Rear 285/30/18
