I bought this 2002 Boxster S last year in Oct, 2007. I have put less than 2500
miles since that time and it runs flawlessly. Total mileage on the car is 72k. Spoke to dealership in Austin (Porsche Austin) and they indicated through service records that car was meticulously maintained its entire life and had a new engine installed at 43k due to RMS (rear main seal) that couldn't be fix with original engine. (So total mileage on new/existing engine is about 30k!) Major 75k maintenance already done. New top installed in 10/08.
Car was bought and immediately brought (actually dropped off there by the car transport truck!) to Greff Motors in Metairie, LA (Porsche specialist shop) and gone through completely end to end. Car is garage kept and always has been. This car is adult owned by a engineering professional and only driven when weather is perfect, never driven in the rain since I owned this car. Clear CARFAX, no accidents.
I paid for everything to be replaced and/or repaired including all maintenance work. Car paid for in cash when purchased and Louisiana title in hand, clean and clear.
- Drop front bumpers and cleaned all 3 radiators, replaced temp sensors/fans.
- Unique Savanna factory brown leather and black/silver interior.
- All misc cosmetic under-carriage rubber/spolier parts replaced as needed.
- Boxster S has brand new Porsche engine at 43k miles installed by Porsche Austin
- Full throttle body system cleaned and runs perfect - idle at 600 all day.
- -New Climate control system (previous had slightly damaged LCD screen)
- I have had (2) Mobil 1 synthetic changes done on this car in a year!

- Special leather Gold Class oil used when washed/detailed nearly every weekend.

- Durametric Porsche diagnostic system including cables and software included.
- Bose premium sound system included with multi-disc CD changer.
- Porsche OEM original spare tire/tool kit included
- Porsche OEM original manuals included.
- Porsche OEM original floor mats plus new WeatherTech premium mats!

- Custom Porsche Boxster S aluminum pedals installed by Greff Motors.

- Of course only premium fuel from Top Tier gas stations used in vehicle.
- Car has the usual minor road rash that a low-profile sports car would have at this mileage, but nothing that distracts from its overall beauty!
