It would not be wise to pull the fuses for the radiator fans. They keep your motor cool.

The vibration could be coming from a loose housing bolt or two... pull off your front driver's side wheel, the black plastic wheel well bit at the front, and then grab the fan assembly housing and pull on it to see if its loose. Do this on both sides.

The driver's side fan is the primary one. The passenger side fan doesn't come on until the motor gets very hot or the AC turned on.

If both fan housings are tight and it's not a loose bolt, you have a fan about to go out on you... get it replaced as soon as you are able. When the bearings inside the fan assembly are worn out, the fan wobbles.

Hope this helps!

PS - My primary fan was not working when I bought my car. I noticed a big swing in the temp gauge when sitting in traffic vs. being on the freeway at 75 mph. These fans do die with heavy use in hot climates like yours and mine.
