I wanted 100 hp per liter too, so went ahead and started looking at some things and I found that with a good exhaust, a quality intake and some software you could attain this goal. My car dynoed at 231 hp and 210 ft/lbs of torque at the wheels, so I should, in theory (you can't really race a sheet of paper), get what I want out of this car.
