They should have them in stock, you can get them many places online as well. The bolts are common for CV's. Grade 12.9 8x45 I believe. But unless you buy bulk it is no more expensive to get stock ones.
As far as factory parts it depends. Some materials and processes are far to expensive for the factory to use so aftermarket can be better. I bought longer wheel studs from SAW because they were made out of super high strength CroMoly. They were lighter and stronger but cost a pretty penny.
Though I did buy the factory belt for my 987 to appease the Porsche gods; that and it says Porsche on the belt. The ink makes it stronger :-)
