Hi All, need help: I spent last weekend putting in the discountstereo IPOD cable (and Pelican rear speaker kit)...the good news is it sounds and works great, but I had to pull out the cupholder to feed the stereo wires back in..thus the bad news: I can't get the cheeseball cupholder back in!

There are two flimsy plastic triangular brackets that the whole unit screws into, and they fall out and I see no way to hold them in place to screw the holder unit back in. Even tried pulling the stereo again (aaaargh). Any ideas? I remember someone mentioning the cupholder slides come out of the frame, to the front-is this the idea? I'm contemplating a hot glue gun or sumpin sumpin to hold the A brackets still while I come in from the front.
