This was a rare case in that we had a video tape of the defendant in a dog fight. He was a handler and owner. It is a very brutal scene. The dogs fight each other to near death. THey fight and fight, then the handlers (my defendant), separate the dogs and let them attack each other once more. These poor dogs are so tired they can barely walk. Theyattack each other but they barely. 4 of the 12 jurors cried during the 20 minute tape.
