Not bad. Sure beats about 95% of the stuff on YouTube. Not sure about that between the legs shot.
You might want to consider letting YouTube, Google, or Vimeo eat the hosting costs if you are posting those on your own servers. Those progressive downloads will suck your bandwidth up.
