ZF Getrieb offers literature for the 5HP-19, but it is not neceesarily applicable to all variants like the 5HP-19 HL.

A list of their current publications is available at: Current ZF literature

As you see, the repair manual for the 5HP19 HL is not currently available, but there's likely to be much overlap between any other 5HP-19 variants, especially for the internals. So another 5HP-19 repair manual may work.

Or, you can get a repair manual here: http://www.autocd.com/index.html?q=10&gc=1052&sha=0 (again, not Porsche specific)

There are no repair procedures in either the Bentley Manual or the Porsche Factory Manual for the Tiptronic S 5HP-19 beyond filter/fluid changes, removal/installation, and replacement of the transmission switch. For anything more than this, you'll need either of the literatures listed above.

Alternately, there are rules of thumb for the maximum torque of various fasteners. Provide the size, grade of the bolts and I can give you these, but whether or not it's wise to use these for something like an internal for an automatic transmission is your call.
