I believe Castrol makes a 0w40 that is Porsche approved. ( i don't have an updated oil list in front of me however). I think the approved list is like 4-5 pages long with most being european oils.

Thanks for the link. It goes to show again there is good information available from all the regional sites. Every region seems to have something to offer that other regions don't have. So many regions, so little time :dance:

Charged my $100 for the oil change. I was a little worried about not using Mobil One until I got home and did some searching around on the internet.

I wasn't aware that there are other "Porsche Approved" oils other than Mobil One.
