Yes, OEM will have a Porsche part number stamped on the underside. Porsche OEM are plastic and I believe that all of the aftermarket humps are fiberglass. You can tell real easily this way. On the inside/bottom of the humps the Porsche OEM will be smooth plastic. The aftermarket humps are fiberglass and are only finished on the outside surface to be smooth, underneath it's just unfinished (maybe painted black though) fiberglass. It should have a very rough fiberglass surface underneath. Spin locks are also expensive, so I don't know of any of the aftermarket humps that use them.

Personally I think it should be VERY easy to tell. Simply turn them over, verify they're plastic, and look for the Porsche part number stamped into the plastic.

Here's a picture the seller sent me of the humps I bought last year. I bought them face-to-face, but had him send me photos first. From this photo I could tell they were OEM.
