I got the new relay changed but now when I use my windsheild fluid and the wiper would just stop moving, (stay at same position)

, instead of fulid on windshild and wiper moving up and down at the same time.

wiper would still moving after I release using the windsheild fluid.

any one know the problem is? anything helps. Thanks everyone
