Call a local lock smith. They should have a lock-out kit. You will be able to get in by sliding a special tool thru the top of the glass and top weatherstrip. After the tool is in, the locksmith can grab the handle and pull it to open the door. Next stop is to a service center to have them diagnose the problem with the latch in the door. It sounds like the cylinder is bad or the connecting rod to the latch.
