Yeah there is. I know there is this product that you use a buffer to put on and it's like a 4 or 5 step affair, but I can't remember what it was called - sorry. Maybe google plastic window cleaner or something or wait for more replies.
I know for boats you can get good traction with those products too. They're like a 2 step/bottle re-furbisher. You can check those out at marine stores. They can work quite well also - they take away the oxidation quite well.
I was looking at this because I was checking out a 02 996 cab with a badly faded and worn rear window.
