You don't need photoshop to reduce the size of pictures. Microsoft has a slick little tool you can download that will do the job for you (three different size choices). Go to:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

and click on "ImageResizer.exe"
