Even if you upgrade to 19's, the overall diameter of your wheels+tires has to remain the same or else your speedometer will not be accurate. When you get larger wheels, the sidewall of the tire has to be decreased equally to retain the stock diameter. Only thing you can really do is learn to drive in and out of driveways at an angle.... and hopefully your bumper is made from ABS plastic or polyurethane.

Of course, if your car has aftermarket lowering springs, you could swap those out for stock springs which will raise the car.
