Having recently purchased a 2003 S, it seems to me that one you are looking at is well-priced even before your desired 15% discount. Mine does not have PSM, and I paid more than that, though mine only has 20k miles, did have all of the books and service records and full Bose system, cruise, etc., and was/is flawless. If the PPI comes back 'clean', I think you potentially have a good deal on your hands.
