Is it a squeaking (like something rubbing, high pitched) or just a sound in general?
My Boxster will make slight sounds driving over bumps too. The only real fix, that I have found is to install braces, and/or an ernie bar. I haven't done that yet, but a few people have noted that they decrease the noise you may hear driving over bumps by stiffening the frame.
