Has anyone heard of a fire from aftermarket headers?

I am going to get new headers for my Box, while reading around the net i found that some people have reports of engine fires (NOT ON A PORSCHE) from the cheaper "made in china" headers.
Can this happen in a Boxster? Should I wrap the headers just as a precaution?
Should I just spend the $$ and geat Fabspeed or similar headers that are a little better made?

Thanks for the input.
James
