To me the key, like Perfectlap mentions, is the LEASE part..

If I were to lease, it would have to be a brand new car. I would never think to lease a 3 year old car.. and in this case, after your 3 year lease, you would have returned a 6 year old 911!

I think the 911 is the "better" car and yes, "better" is very subjective.
