I also took the plunge and got litronics from Suncoast and did the install myself. The installation went pretty well, but I could not get the beams adjusted properly when done.

I finally took the car into my local independent Porsche mechanic, and it appears I had not locked the headlights in properly, even though I had read posts warning to lock them in properly, least they fall out with breaking.

In an attempt to adjust the beams when the lights were not locked in properly, I went past the range of adjustment and the initernal sliders came off their internal track. My independent put things right (1.5 hours later) and now they work like champs. Thanks to all that gave pointers on doing the install,

Cheers,

Ed
