The dealer can't reprogram clusters to a different mileage (new clusters can be programmed though). However, Palo Alto Speedometer in CA will do it for a fee.
$300 is not bad for a working cluster with Techart silver faces. Gauge faces alone cost $199 to $399.
I sure do like my techart silver gauge faces!
Oh yeah... I do not think you can use clusters from 2000 cars or newer. They use the MOST fiber optic system. 97-99 clusters are compatible though.
