Did you switch ECUs? If so, then the immobilizer is not keyed to the new one and you'll need to either get the immobilizer from the ECU donor car or have your boxes synced at the dealer.
What specifically does work and what does not? When you turn the key to "on" do you see dash/warning lights? Do you hear any relays click? Do you hear the fuel pump turn on?
When you turn the key to "start" what do you see and hear? Any clicks at all? Dash lights go off or on?
