I've only had it off once or twice when I was adjusting the pins so that I can get my top on straight and not too tight. She was quite helpful. It is awkward even with two people. Especially inside of a garage where its not very wide and you have to walk funny to clear the back of the car.
But the way I see it, it goes on once in the winter, and off once in the spring
Then TOPLESS all the way!
