up in Scotland for instance there are so many abandoned straight roads with no cops and no real danger, there are always cars getting pulled for 110-120mph here, but the court allows he speed to be kicked down to 99mph which is usualy 4-6 points and a couple of buck fine.

I once got pulled for a speed just shy of the old brit record when 'testing' my new supercharger on my DC2 type-R, luckily they had no camera but i got nailed by them and managed to walk away with nothing. v.lucky.

I was 18 at the time and totally do not support stupid driving on public roads.

Anyway there is a little background on me.
