this is what i came up with from going from a 255/40/17(on the old 17in wheels) to a 275/40/18 (new wheels/tires)

will this make that big of a difference and clearance issues?

just to show the pic of a 275/40/18 on a, obviously, 18 in wheel. does that look bad?
