You have a digital amp and I gues it will not work without the control unit connected. The other alternative is to put in the analog amp, then see if someone wants your DSP control unit and digital amp.

That's the solution I'm leaning towards. I have had it tucked into the dash for a little while. I was just wondering how to completely remove it. I didn't think that the amp was different and dependent on the control. That makes sense though. Thanks.
