The word 'bid'.

Past tense - 'bid'. I bid on a set of wheels and won the auction!'

Present tense - 'bidding' 'I'm bidding on a set of wheels on Ebay. These will look sweet on my car!'

Future tense - 'bid' 'I am going to bid on these wheels this evening.'
