Here are some figures courtesy of Insite who PM'd me on topic. He swears by the M030 upgrade:

"Difference between the 'S' and base sways is up front, where you are about 9% stiffer than the base model.

Upgrade the sways, trust me. here are the parts you need:

996.343.701.23 Front 'S' M030 $105.28
986.333.701.20 Rear Base M030 $ 70.12
996.343.792.17 Bushings, Front $ 6.12 x 2
996.333.792.25 Bushings, Rear $ 8.47 x 2

Total: $204.58 plus shipping from Sunset.

This REALLY improves the car. Probably the most bang for the buck you can get."
