Hi everyone,
Im new to the forum so I apologize if this question has been covered before. I brought my 2001 to the dealer in San Jose, CA and was told that the OBC cannot be activated, only the earlier models are "hackable". Does anyone know if this can be done on a 2001? and where can I get it done in Northern California? Thanks!
