New owner of a 2002 Boxster S
Hi everyone,
I just bought few days ago a 2002 Boxster S with 7800 miles. The price was $24500 which i thought it was pretty good deal compare to the ones i see on ebay. I got the car from Paul Miller Porsche in NJ( the salesman it was a friend of mine) got the car certified for me for an additional $1700, so the total bill it was $26200. I just love the car, the handling its amazing!!! I look forward to contribute to this forum. Petros |
Congrats! that sounds like a great deal!

Truly a good deal if that mileage is accurate.

Great! Congrats to you!

Thanks!!
I felt it was a good deal too!! I know that my friend gave me a good price but the always have low mileage cars there. The other thing that i notice that a lot of the customers they just hang out at the dealership on the weekends. For me, that was a shock cause my previous car was a 96 SL500 and never felt welcome to my MB dealership. Anyway, i dont want to sound like a commercial but does anyone else had similar experience with their Porsche dealership? anyone has any experience with the other Porsche Dealerships in south NJ? Thanks Petros |
I just purchased a certified '02 Boxster with 20,100 miles for $26,000 from the dealer in Dallas, TX. It's in brand new condition inside and out so if yours is as well and has never been wrecked, you got a great deal. Mine has 17" wheels and the sports touring package as well.
If you got a certified '02 "S" with less than 8,000 miles on it for the price you mention, I don't think that can be beat. |

And you got a 2002S with less than 10K in 2007 for $25K? Sounds like a steady depreciation. BMW, Audi and Merc aren't doing as well with their roadsters. |
