Lapis 986, Bali Blue 356 side by side

Here is another shot of my two "babies" side by side. The family resemblance is still strong and both are good looking. Tom

Great shots! Reminds me of Brian Feeney, when he had his white Boxster and white 356 (Beck replica).

I got to drive the Beck, it was so cool! Practically looking over the windshield and with such great noises coming from the back, it is just the raw roadster experience. Brian said it might quell my interest in the 356, but it was not true...not at all! :)

That was the first Porsche I noticed as teenager. It was love at first sight. The pharmacist at the corner owned one. His was red 2 doors his partner had a Jaguar XK-E. The two cars I dreamed of having.

Always had a thing for Porsches as a kid in Germany and I always dreamed of having one. The 356 series came out just about when I was a very young boy and boy was that ever something to drool about. Nice shot, do you have anymore shots we can see?

It seems we always have a thing for the cars of our youth, but then again I've always had a thing for special cars.....
Here is an ABC photo when our local 356 group was off on a tour of the Boston suburbs-sorry no Boxster with us that day. The A is the red coupe, the B a silver Roadster (of couse it, and the Speedster gave part of its name to the Boxster) and my blue Cab. Tom
