Lowering Springs for my 2003 S

Hey all,

Spent this weekend installing Eibach lowering springs to go with my Koni shocks. The car rides incredibly well considering how low it is, not too stiff at all, and corners much better. It's a flat, confident ride, without being too harsh.

It was a challenge to find them, as they are no longer manufactured. After ordering from a shop here in the US that did not have a pair even though they were listed on their website, I bought them from Eibach worldwide, and they came from Poland in less than a week!

Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this post, I'm not on here too often. Cheers!

The coat of wax really brings out the red in the first picture. The exhaust should be the factory PSE.

Change from sports to standard suspension O2 "S"

I'm a UK member here. I have an 02 S which we ordered new w the oh-such-good-value sports suspension. Now I'd like to revert to the standard suspension.
Where on this forum do you reckon I ask if anyone has done this and what they think. I can't even figure out how to start a thread!

Looks good. And appreciate the feedback on the ride. Question: have you got any wheel spacers on? And were there any issues with alignment that you needed to address with the lowering springs?

I have a set of Eibach lowering springs that I plan on installing one day. Unfortunately I picked them up after I rebuilt my suspension. I did all 4 corners before I put it on the road this summer. So I need to take it all apart again to get the springs on again. I just wanted to drive it this summer so I might tackle lowering spring installation this winter.

Thanks for sharing the picks. Car looks great.
