NEW Boxster driver needing help from experts

Hello,
I just bought a 2002 porsche boxster BLACK.

I have a few questions:
Is the cup holders easy to remove?
If I wanted to upgrade my boxster with a navigation system (the one that goes into the headunit that also acts as a cd/dvd drive) is it easy to install and what brand do you guys prefer?

What brand paint/spray do you think I should use to paint my calipers red?
I was also thinking of spray painting my hubcaps black, is this easy? and again what paint/spray should I use?

Also,
Is there a particular website or person that knows where I can get the clear headlights (i hate the ugly amber color) ? What is a good price to buy both these headlights for?
