My blue Boxster

This is the mandatory (?) "hi guys, I am now a Boxster owner" thread....with some pics of course! :D

1997 Boxster, in rather decent shape IMO...

Hope you like! :) I am very pleased with this car, not the fastest in a straight line....but boy can it handle a turn!

Next on the to-do list is most likely a good wax/polish to keep it in as good a shape as possible. Otherwise I am quite happy with it as it is....

I really like that color. What kind of tires are those?

Interior is almost brand new, wow!

Before you wax it, give it a light polish, I could see some fine swirl marks there that once removed and a quality wax applied, will really make that blue look as deep as the ocean.

Well done and thanks for sharing!

That's REALLY mint!!! What's the mileage on it? There's almost no wear on the seats...

Rather nice indeed. Welcome and thanks for sharing. Now drive it like Ingemar would tear up a slalom course!

Thanks :). The brand you mean? Pirelli Pzero Rosso, 255 wide in the rear, 205 in front. Stock as far as I know.

Yep, it needs a polish to get rid of the swirls - they are not bad though so I am confident that they will dissapear. I like keeping it clean ;)

It has 140 000km (87 500 miles) on the clock and runs like a dream, it has been well taken care of. :)

I noticed the red letters on the tire so I was curious as to what kind they were. I can't recall seeing any Pirelli with the red lettering before. Maybe I just haven't looked that closely!
