What a fantastic looking car!

Is that a camera on top of your license plate? If so do you use it for reverse only or do you have a look when moving forward?

It is a camera. It is set up for reverse only right now, but it's easy enough to add a switch to turn it on when you are driving forward. It did that on my truck for towing (have a similar camera on the back of the trailer and it helps changing lanes, etc).
