Given the snow that we've had up here in the north east this winter, you should probably plan on June as the earliest date that you can roll out your vehicle and shine it up ! :)

Yeah, I don't think we have to worry about the arctic ice pack going away and raising the sea level, most of it is in my yard and driveway and across the rest of the northeast!!! Egad!!
