So that's what it looks like!
 

After eleven months of ownership, I finally saw the top of the engine (to replace the air filter). It was much faster than I anticipated but none the less I took the opportunity to clean the accumulated dust and grime off before I buttoned it up again. I've worked on my BMWs for 20 years so this is a new experience to get used to. (I know this can't compete with a 6' blond... :rolleyes: )

Haha glad you cracked her open. It might not be able to compete with the blonde, but it sure is gorgeous. Nice work cleaning her up!

My buddy in Macon always wants his customers to come in when their Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes, et. are apart. Unlike most American stuff, he wants his customers to see what they've really paid for: exquisite engineering, design and workmanship.
