Thanks. There were actually several different people taking pics. I think the guy who took the black 'n' white also took this one from the other side with the M6.

As for the wet look... not sure what is done. I think some photoshop may be involved, but the guy that took those shots takes some of the finest car shots I've seen. Here is one of the new M3 sedan from the same day:
