Simply take off the old boot, and replace with the new. It's very easy to do.

Correction, It is not entirely that easy. The staples that hold the old boot onto the trim ring have to be removed to remove the old boot, then the new one has to be stapled back on... Not sure how im going to swing that but ill find a way.
