A cougar is what you call a hot woman when you are still too young to understand that women who are on the wrong side of twenty five and still have nice bodies and fairly good looks are RARE. You don't realize this as a young guy because you are surrounded by women under 25 who don't have to work very hard to stay fit.
Its also a term used to describe a woman over 30 who likes young guys.

I'm in my late 20s so if I said something like that around my similarly aged female friends, I would get PUNCHED!
(Luckily there have only been about 2-3 women that have graced this site with their presence.)

Personally I like older women, Right now Im 24 but I can see myself gradually wanting younger women as I become older.
