Only a slight difference. The vacuum tube to transmission 4way connector on auto trans 3 way on manual. The harness on the engine has a extra plug on Auto trans.

The stock throttle body will no longer fit. Depending on the model you buy it will take a 74mm or larger.

1. The pins are not really needed.

2. The sensor is a continuous wire that if grounded or broken set off a light in the dash. I doesn't matter which way it is plugged in.
