Check your heat shield.Its just a piece of metal to the right of your exhaust system on the passenger side and I believe it's the welding that lets go and makes it rattle.

I drive mine all the time now.I try to keep it dry though,that acid rain stuff is scary...lol . Using it for commuting can be expensive so I would take that in to consideration....
