sounds like the starter...no impact on the price of the car. This is a maintenance item, easy to fix, even if you replace the whole starter or rebuild it yourself.

Your pulling the bumper cover...it is very easy...

Your pulling the bumper cover...it is very easy tho. There aren’t any clips that break, all screws with Phillips and torx. Takes about 1/2 hour off and on. A second person is helpful lining it back...
