I got stock rotors and pads from Suncoast Porsche, replaced all four. It was the first time I did the DIY brake job and was suprised how easy it was.

I guess I am unusual, but I really like the feel of my short shift kit. The stock shifter was very smooth, way too long of a throw for my taste. Much more fun with the short shifting.
